The grand Paddle and Sail event is nearly here. Now is your chance to wash the dust off your dinghies and kayaks. There is a large number following our page and it would be great to see a good number out to support the club and meet up socially. 12:00 Sunday Jun 5th. Paul,Keith,Steff,Andy,Richard and Jac will be here to help with launching and ensuring all is good.

Nick will be firing up the BBQ on Saturday night. Bring your own BBQ food and whatever you want to accompany it – you can use the BBQ or Nick might even cook it for you. Then, on Sunday, why not blow away the cobwebs on your dinghies, kayaks, canoes and paddle boards and join in with a paddle/sail and a picnic. The plan is to set off around Noon, paddle/sail somewhere, maybe stop for a snack somewhere (bring your own snack/picnic), and return. Bring your Jubilee Bunting and decorate your craft. There will be Safety Boat Cover and Members on hand to help to launch and recover. It will be great to see you to support the Event, celebrate the Jubilee and meet up for a social gathering. |
