We could get hooked on this racing thing!!.
There were 8 dinghies out for a pursuit race in the Autumn sunshine yesterday. Two 303’s, 3 x fifteens, a laser 2, buzz and supernova.
The 303’s were away first and had already done a lap before the fifteens and the Buzz were away 14 mins later.
The 303’s and the fifteens were locked in their own battle with the fifteens only catching up in the last 10 mins. I think the overall positions were Stef 1st, Keith & Steve 2nd, Nick & Jill 3rd, Andy & Suzanne (Laser2)4th, Paul F (303) 5th, Mark and crew (buzz) 6th,
Alan(303) 7th and Des (Supanova)8th.
We will try and do the same next week but an earlier start as the days are shortening. Keith
