Llanidloes is a pretty and tranquil town with a fairly relaxed pace of life. I grew up in a small village nearby but went to Llanidloes High School and know the town well. And as I got older really started to appreciate the place and the people and I love going home. I’ve always felt the area is a bit of a hidden gem and that many tourists overlook it. So what does it have to offer. As part of our Destination Wales series I went back to my roots and spent a glorious sunny day in the town and on the water at Clywedog reservoir.
