You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.

 

Data is held on a secure server.

 

Data is only shared with our sport National Governing Bodies for the purpose of annual affiliation fee calculation.

 

Individuals Data is not published in any club material.

Officer names only are published on the website.

 

We do not sell data.

 

You can opt out of receiving emails at any time by contacting the membership secretary, If you choose to opt out , it is your responsibility to make alternative arrangements to ensure that you are aware of and fulfil your obligations under the club rules.

 

Data is only held for 2 years, after which it is archived.
